Job Summary
Conduct in-home sales appointments to secure customer agreements for bathroom, flooring, window, and door remodels using the West Shore Home one-call close sales process. Guide warm, pre-set leads through personalized sales interactions while attending weekly team meetings and training workshops. Follow a rotating schedule of Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday, with sales appointments lasting approximately two hours each. No cold-calling or lead generation required; all leads are provided.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to quickly connect with anyone in an environment
- A competitive nature with a drive to succeed
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Previous sales experience
- Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication
