Job Summary
Conduct in-home sales appointments for pre-set leads using the West Shore Home one-call close method, guiding customers through personalized product discussions for bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors. Manage a rotating schedule of Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday with two-hour appointment blocks. Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops while maintaining a competitive nature to drive success. No cold-calling or lead generation required; focus entirely on converting warm leads.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to quickly connect with anyone in an environment
- A competitive nature with a drive to succeed
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Previous sales experience
- Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication
