Job Summary
Meet or exceed sales and margin targets while developing profitable business within the paper and board packaging market. Support preparation of short and mid-range sales plans, demand forecasts, and strategies for achieving results. Retain long-term customer relationships with established accounts and visit existing and new customers to assess needs, improve brand awareness, and suggest appropriate solutions. This 12-month fixed term role in the UK Packaging & Hygiene Solutions business unit requires a candidate with a science degree and proven sales experience in the pulp and paper industry.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, or other science related degree or equivalent
- Proven sales experience
- Strong technical background gained in the paper industry market
- Knowledge of Biocides, Wet Strength Resins and polymers
- Excellent communication skills
- Collaboration skills
- Presentation skills
- Customer relationship management and reporting
- Experience of Salesforce
- Willingness to travel to support the team when required
