Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative to travel and meet clients in person, generating leads and building relationships in a B2B-focused territory. Develop and execute strategic sales tactics, collaborate with marketing and product development, participate in conferences and events, acquire quotations and proposals, negotiate terms, and meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining CRM records.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in outside sales and account management
- Strong background in cold calling and driving sales initiatives
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with kitchen appliances or related industry (preferred)
- Willingness to travel for dealer engagements as required
