Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative to travel and meet with clients in person, focusing on B2B accounts, dealers, and builders. Responsibilities include lead generation, relationship-building with dealers/distributors/real estate industry clients, developing sales tactics to grow market share, coordinating with marketing/product development, monitoring market trends, participating in conferences/trade displays, preparing quotations and proposals, negotiating terms, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets while maintaining CRM records. Independent contractor (1099) role with commission-based compensation; remote/hybrid work in CA and on-site travel to designated locations. Requires travel, proven outside-sales success, CRM proficiency, and a bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
- Proven track record of success in outside sales and account management
- Strong background in cold calling and driving sales initiatives
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Willingness to travel for dealer engagements as required
