Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative to travel and meet with clients in person within the designated territory, primarily focusing on B2B accounts, dealers, and builders. Responsibilities include locating and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads via cold calls and networking, cultivating relationships with dealers, distributors, and real estate professionals, developing sales tactics to grow market share, collaborating with marketing and product development, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, participating in conferences and trade shows, preparing quotations and sales proposals, negotiating terms in line with policies, delivering exceptional customer service, and meeting or exceeding sales targets while maintaining CRM records. Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; experience in outside sales, account management, and familiarity with kitchen appliances or related industry are advantageous.
