Job Summary
Sales Representative in OPSB territory focusing on non-surgical pediatric orthopedic devices (e.g., specialty braces). Responsibilities include leading territory growth through lead generation, educating pediatric orthopedic surgeons, APPs, and POMs about OPSB products, developing referral pathways, collaborating with the Implant team on territory goals, serving as a clinical resource for patient selection and outcomes, understanding reimbursement pathways and hospital contracting dynamics, and maintaining CRM records. Travel within assigned territory and strong emphasis on building relationships with hospital-based stakeholders to drive product adoption and patient outcomes; must live in MN, WI, SD, IL, NE, IA, or MO.
Required Qualifications
- Requires a 4-year degree - business, marketing, sales or a STEM discipline strongly preferred; at least 1 year of relevant sales experience, with 2-4 years with healthcare exposure preferred.
