Job Summary
Conduct cold calling to identify and connect with potential clients while generating leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and freelancing platforms like Upwork and Fiverr. Communicate with clients to understand business requirements, prepare proposals, and build strong professional relationships to achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of all leads and interactions, coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding, and utilize CRM tools for sales reporting. This role requires hands-on experience in outbound sales and business development, with a focus on target-driven performance and independent work.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
- Hands-on experience in cold calling and outbound sales
- Strong experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation
- Experience working on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus
