Job Summary
Identify and outreach employers with open job opportunities to generate new leads and develop partnerships for program participants. Provide career coaching, interview prep, and resume reviews while meeting weekly, quarterly, and annual job placement numbers. Schedule participants with employer partners for interviews, conduct on-going follow-up, and manage a daily schedule of site visits and territory management. Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual job placement numbers. Effectively manage a daily schedule of site visits, appointments, and overall territory management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of High School Diploma
- Relevant sales experience
- Two to four (2-4) years of experience with Business-to-Business Sales
- Excellent negotiating skills
- Customer service skills
- Cold calling skills
- Strong communication skills
- Professional demeanor
- Sound judgment
- Strong organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- 4-year degree
- Passion for working with special and at-risk populations, including but not limited to public assistance recipients, justice-involved individuals, persons with mental and/or physical disabilities, military veterans, and individuals experiencing homelessness
- Understanding of workforce development, employment services, and adult education
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams
- Familiarity with SharePoint
