Job Summary
Sales Representative for On Trade – Meta Lux in Cape Town, responsible for driving sales growth and brand visibility across luxury on-trade accounts. Build and maintain relationships with outlet owners, beverage managers, sommeliers and influencers; ensure MES and premium execution across outlets; drive volume, value and distribution targets; manage account performance through reporting and administration. Requires Matric or equivalent and a Diploma or Degree in Sales/Marketing/Hospitality (or related field), 3+ years of experience in FMCG/luxury/beverage sectors, and a valid Code 8 driver’s license. Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required; strong communication, negotiation, organization, and relationship-building skills; WSET or luxury-brand accreditation is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Matric or equivalent
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Representative within an FMCG environment, luxury retail, hospitality or beverage environment is required
- WSET qualification or luxury brand accreditation advantageous
- Must have a valid Code 8 driver’s license
