Job Summary
Promote and sell Stryker ENT products to customers by conducting product evaluations in operating rooms and office settings. Systematically track territory progress, communicate findings with your Regional Manager, and proactively exceed performance objectives. When onsite with clients, use product knowledge to solve problems and inform staff on proper use and maintenance. Meticulously manage and maintain sample inventory while assisting customers whenever the need arises. This role requires 5+ years in outside sales, 20% travel, and a valid driver's license. Compensation is commission-only with bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in an outside sales position
- Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University
- 2+ years of outside sales experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to drive an automobile
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
- Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force constantly
- Coordination of the eye, hand and foot movement
- Ability to grasp by hand
- Visual and auditory discrimination
- Memory retention
- Exercise discretion and independence when applying professional expertise
- Ability to manage time, projects, stress and conflict
- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication
- Ability to bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize work and keep detailed and confidential records
- Ability to communicate / present to large groups of people
- Unwavering ethics & integrity in a competitive and demanding work environment
