Job Summary
Sales Representative, On-Premise for San Antonio and The Hill Country — drive distribution, volume growth, and brand visibility within bars, restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues across the assigned market. Develop new on-premise accounts, strengthen existing customer relationships, and ensure high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnership. Engage with decision-makers to influence menu placements and purchasing, execute brand standards through menu listings, promotions, staff education, and point-of-sale activation. Responsibilities include account management, sales execution to meet goals, brand building and activation, regular reporting, and travel within the territory. Requires strong spirits knowledge, 2+ years of beverage sales experience, proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office, and the ability to travel locally with a valid Texas driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of beverage alcohol sales experience (On-Premise preferred)
- Proven track record in achieving sales goals and executing market programs
- Strong PC application skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and professionally
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact across teams
- Must be proactive, resourceful, and efficient
- Must be able to pass a background and drug screening for hire
