Job Summary
Automotive Sales Representative responsible for helping customers identify the right vehicle, selling new and used vehicles, achieving gross profit and volume goals, delivering excellent service, and driving customer retention. Duties include greeting customers, explaining features and benefits, conducting test drives, guiding buyers through the sales process, coordinating paperwork and financing, ensuring vehicles are prepared for delivery, and collaborating with service and management to meet dealership objectives. Requires understanding of automotive terminology, product knowledge, basic computer skills, CRM use, and compliance with company safeguards; education/experience as listed, plus valid driver’s license and ability to obtain auto sales license within two months.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have and maintain a current valid Driver's License with a clean Driver’s Abstract.
- Ability to obtain Auto Sales License within two (2) months of hire and maintain license.
