Job Summary
This Sales Representative position involves handling inbound and outbound calls to sell Nutrisystem weight loss or transition programs, requiring skills in identifying customer needs and persuasive selling. Responsibilities include meeting monthly sales targets, building rapport with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the Retention team in customer retention efforts. The ideal candidate will have sales experience, a strong ambition to generate sales, and the ability to handle sensitive customer information respectfully.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- 1+ years in a high-volume sales role

- Ability to overcome customer objections, identify problems and resolve concerns
- Engaging personality with the ability to paint a picture for the customer
- Must be courteous, supportive and respectful in all interactions

- Maintain excellent quality standards for all calls, remains compliant with all information, Ex: Medical guidelines, payment terms, product disclosure
