Sales Representative

Greet customers throughout the store, assist with product selection, and maintain a neat, organized, and clean sales floor. Merchandise aisles and endcaps, position merchandise appropriately, and promote the Northern Tool credit card program. Offer extended service protection plans on qualifying items and support the management team with day-to-day store merchandise and operations directions. Create a one-stop shopping experience by asking probing inquiries to better understand customer needs. This part-time role requires flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, with a focus on serving tradespeople and weekend warriors.
