Job Summary
Act as the primary sales agent for distributors, roofing contractors, and homeowner groups in the Redding area, utilizing all available resources to convert prospects into customers. Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly to build and maintain relationships that support territory revenue and profitability goals. Prepare timely proposals, work with customers on blueprints and specifications, and stay informed on competitor developments while adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies. Requires a Bachelor's degree, three years of outside sales experience, and 75% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Three years of business outside sales experience, preferably construction-related
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively to all audiences
- Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize-approved Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), including but not limited to respirators
- Employees who are required to wear respirators must be clean-shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests
- Travel Requirements: 75%
