Job Summary
As our Sales Representative for North Florida, you will own and grow the assigned territory (Duval, Clay, St. Johns, and Putnam Counties) to drive distribution and sell across the JuneShine Brands portfolio (JuneShine, Flying Embers, Willies Remedy+ and more). You’ll build and maintain relationships with on- and off-premise accounts, execute tastings, promotions, events, and rider-alongs to increase brand awareness, track sales metrics, and support distributor initiatives. You’ll train accounts on product positioning and competitive advantages, collaborate with teammates and partners, and travel weekly within the territory. This role requires strong relationship-building, a self-motivated and results-driven mindset, flexibility in a fast-paced beverage environment, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. You must reside in the U.S. and be based in the Jacksonville area (Duval, Clay, St. Johns, or Putnam counties) with a valid driver’s license to travel and represent the brands locally.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older at the time of application
- State-specific alcohol certification required by the start date
- Minimum of 2 years of alcohol beverage sales experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace
- Must be based in Duval, Clay, St. Johns, or Putnam County with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, with the ability to travel weekly throughout the territory
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
