Sales Representative

Represent Nongshim to customers to build partnerships, secure new distribution opportunities, and expand existing product placements. Create and process sales orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions while monitoring Goods Issue and Goods Receipt processes for accurate fulfillment. Coordinate with warehouses and customers to resolve delivery issues, manage invoicing, shipment schedules, and accounts receivable aging. Conduct sales calls and meetings with HQ buyers, retailers, and wholesale customers to introduce products and execute promotions. Secure purchase orders from existing customers and actively seek new business opportunities. Collect and report market intelligence, including customer feedback, competitor activities, and industry trends. Research market trends and analyze potential business partnerships to support sales growth. Provide general office operations support as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
