Job Summary
Sales Development Representative focused on outbound outreach to generate high-quality leads for a sales team in the analytics/CPG space. Leverage merchandising background to speak the language of brands and retailers, identify and qualify brands/retailers/third-party merchandisers, educate on value proposition (fast ROI, competitive advantages), set up qualified discovery calls and demos, maintain CRM records, track performance, and collaborate with marketing and sales to improve lead quality. Field-experienced candidate will build a pipeline through email and cold calls, with experience valued in B2B/SaaS contexts.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years as a merchandiser, field rep, reset specialist, or in-store execution role (agency or brand side)
- strong communication skills
- familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
