Job Summary
Remote, home-based Sales Representative role with Medical Guardian and MobileHelp. Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to convert potential customers into subscribers, document activities using Salesforce CRM, Five9, and Microsoft applications, and leverage strong listening, solution-building, and objection-handling skills to meet sales goals. Earn via a commission-based compensation structure with uncapped earning potential; requires flexibility to work weekends/evenings/holidays and to complete comprehensive paid sales training from home. Residency is required in one of the approved U.S. states listed, and sponsorship is not required. Emphasis on ethics, customer value, and a proactive, coachable mindset in a team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- Ability to handle 75 sales calls in an 8.5 hour shift
- Comfort with remote/home-based work
- Background and employment history check and drug screening
- Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and general computer skills
