Job Summary
Sales Representative with 3-5+ years in B2B sales in FMCG preferred, based at the Johannesburg branch. Responsible for achieving personal sales targets, executing channel sales strategies, developing customer relationships, exploring new customers and SKUs, collecting market intelligence, handling customer issues, providing technical and marketing collaboration, coordinating orders and information processing, delivering sales and market forecasts, managing debt and payments, and supporting market-share development with cross-functional teams. Requires Matric and Diploma, fluency in English with Afrikaans/Zulu an advantage, strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Office tools. Willingness to collaborate with Technical, Marketing, and Sales Management to drive results and participate in demonstrations, seminars, and product launches.
Required Qualifications
- Matric and Diploma: Sales/Marketing
- Experience: > 3-5 years in Sales, B2B is preferable, Food sector (FMCG Market) is preferable
- Languages: English, Afrikaans, Zulu will be advantageous
- Computer literacy: Office computer (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Other expertise: Business & result driven, presentation skill, strong interpersonal skills: establishes easily contacts, sales and negotiation skills, team player
