Sales Representative - Madrid - Neuromodulation

Job Summary
Manage patient follow-up post stimulator implantation and provide technical support to clinicians by demonstrating procedural steps and conducting in-service programs for cath lab and ICU personnel. Develop and implement field-based training programs, communicate physician feedback, and prepare important tenders while maintaining Registry data and managing logistics between the site and Abbott. Achieve territory total product sales targets by carrying out sales calls, developing new business opportunities, and analyzing market trends to increase market penetration. Prepare reports, perform administrative duties, and manage budgets for samples and promotional expenses in line with divisional standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Appropriate tertiary qualification or Medical/Paramedical certification e.g. bioengineer, nursing
- Relevant industry experience
- More than five-years relevant and successful experience in a sales role in Medical Devices Industry
- Knowledge in biological, medical and physics science (electricity)
- Experience in attending cases in the Operating Room
- Familiarity of follow-up patients
- Capable computer skills for Abbott field reporting data system and necessary correspondence and spreadsheets
- Teamwork/Collaboration

- Planning and Organizing, capable of juggling multiple projects and accustomed to tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment
- Excellent interpersonal verbal written and presentation skills

- English: High level
Desired Qualifications
- Preferably prior learning of professional selling skills
