Job Summary
Qualify incoming customer inquiries, manage requests from initial contact through successful implementation, and prepare product training sessions for clients. Deliver compelling presentations, support result storytelling, and build long-term relationships while collaborating with internal teams to ensure project execution. Assist in cross-functional projects optimizing the sales organization and gradually assume additional account management and new business development responsibilities. Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Erste Berufserfahrung (ca. 1–3 Jahre)
- Grundlegendes Verständnis von Marktforschungsmethoden und datenbasierten Analysen
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
- starkes kommerzielles Verständnis
- Erfahrung im direkten Kundenkontakt
- Freude an der Kommunikation mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
- Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
Desired Qualifications
- Kenntnisse in Salesforce, Agiloft oder vergleichbaren CRM-Systemen sind von Vorteil
- idealerweise im Bereich Marktforschung, Consulting oder einem datengetriebenen Umfeld
