Job Summary
Dentsply Sirona seeks a dynamic Sales Representative for the Lublin Territory to deploy the sales process across diverse customers, develop and execute a territory business plan, coordinate with product managers and the Commercial Leader, and contribute to meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role involves consulting dental clinicians, dealers, marketing, finance, and customer service teams; reporting on competitor activities; leading the local sales team in the Commercial Leader’s temporary absence; sharing best practices, and initiating projects to maximize sales. Responsibilities include conducting sales meetings and product trainings for customers and education departments, presenting to dental professionals, maintaining relationships with key personnel, adhering to governance and regulatory requirements, and maintaining the CRM. Requirements emphasize 2-3 years of commercial sales experience, strong communication and presentation skills, relationship-building ability with customers, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. English fluency is a plus.
