Job Summary
Acrylic Bath Sales Representative responsible for conducting in-home consultations with homeowners in the San Jose, CA area, understanding remodeling needs, and guiding customers through the full sales process from consultation to project completion. Responsibilities include evaluating customer needs, presenting acrylic bath solutions and pricing, maintaining strong customer relationships, coordinating with design and installation teams to ensure project success, managing multiple leads and appointments, following up to maximize conversions, and delivering a superior customer experience from start to finish. Requires proven sales and customer service experience, strong interpersonal/communication skills, CRM proficiency, and a self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset. HIS license is preferred or obtainable; high school diploma or equivalent required.
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales and customer service experience
- 3+ years of in-home sales experience strongly preferred
- HIS License required (or ability to obtain)
