Job Summary
Sales Representative for acrylic bath remodeling in-home consultations in San Jose, CA. Responsible for meeting with homeowners, understanding remodeling needs, and guiding customers through the entire sales process from consultation to project completion. Responsibilities include conducting in-home consultations, evaluating customer needs, presenting options and pricing, building and maintaining customer relationships, coordinating with design and installation teams, managing leads and appointments, following up with prospects to drive high conversion rates, and delivering a superior customer experience from start to finish. Requires 3+ years in-home sales (strongly preferred), HIS license or ability to obtain, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Skills include excellent communication, CRM proficiency, organization, time management, self-motivation, and goal orientation. Compensation is commission-based with uncapped earning potential and full benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of in-home sales experience strongly preferred
- HIS License required (or ability to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus)
- Proven sales and customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build trust and close high-value sales
- Knowledge of home remodeling or acrylic bath systems (preferred)
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
- Proficient with basic computer applications (CRM, scheduling, etc.)
