Job Summary
Acrylic Bath Sales Representative in San Jose, CA focused on meeting with homeowners to assess remodeling needs and provide tailored acrylic bath solutions. You will guide customers through the full sales process from consultation to project completion, present product options with pricing and timelines, and build lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities include in-home consultations, evaluating needs, presenting options and timelines, coordinating with design and installation teams, managing multiple leads, following up to ensure high conversion, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Requires strong sales and customer service experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to close high-value sales, familiarity with home remodeling or acrylic bath systems preferred, strong organization and time management, CRM/scheduling proficiency, and a self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of in-home sales experience strongly preferred
- HIS License required (or ability to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus)
