Job Summary
Canvass neighborhoods, engage homeowners, and perform roof inspections to assess remodeling needs. Explain restoration services, encourage bookings, and track sales progress to close deals. Work independently with strong time management and problem-solving skills. Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, with seasonal Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Requires a valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to climb ladders. Earn uncapped commissions with an average of $100,000+/year.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Ability to obtain a solicitation permit
- Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly
- Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed
- Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
