Job Summary
Canvass neighborhoods to engage homeowners and explain roofing, remodeling, and restoration services. Perform roof inspections to assess situations, then encourage customers to book service appointments. Track sales progress daily and adjust strategies to close more deals while working independently. Manage time effectively to handle these tasks throughout the day. Work Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, with seasonal Saturday availability. Earn uncapped commissions with average earnings of $100,000+/year.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Ability to obtain a solicitation permit
- Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly
- Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed
- Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
