Job Summary
Guide potential and current customers through converting from traditional power usage to clean, cost-effective solar energy by educating homeowners on energy efficiency, cost savings, and home value investment. Own the sales process from acquisition to close using 5-7 provided daily leads via setters/call centers, supplementing with personal leads and referrals for in-home presentations and proposals. Maintain a passionate, ambitious approach to selling while leveraging comprehensive training and mentorship to ensure success.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Any sort of sales experience of any duration
- Passionate Selling: Individuals who consider themselves the top in their field with a burning desire to achieve and a passion for competition
- Relationship Building: Desire to educate homeowners on the positive effects of being energy efficient, and the benefits of clean energy, including energy cost savings and worthwhile investment to increase home value
- Pipeline Excellence: Ability to capitalize on sales opportunities at customer homes from 5-7 provided daily leads via setters/call centers and supplement with personal leads and referrals
- Ambitious and Resilient: Own the Sale or be Sold mentality with in-home presentations and proposals
- Training Initiative: Eagerness to continuously learn and grow
