Job Summary
Sales Representative responsible for generating leads and actively seeking new sales opportunities in the lawn care sector; develop and maintain relationships with customers; educate customers about lawn care services; prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations; collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery; close sales to meet or exceed targets; stay informed on industry trends and competitors; maintain accurate sales records. Requires proven sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to build client relationships, knowledge of lawn care products, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel locally. Flexible work-from-home options available with a Springfield, MO base.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Knowledge of lawn care products, services, and industry trends
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed
- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or business-related fields is a plus
