Job Summary
Sales Representative for Lawn Care Services responsible for generating new business through outbound outreach, meeting homeowners on-site to assess lawn care needs, delivering customized quotes, closing sales, and building a personal book of business. The role blends inside and outside sales (field-based, with on-site homeowner meetings) and includes upselling additional services, maintaining long-term customer relationships, and representing Grasshopper Lawns professionally in the field and community. Requires a natural closer who thrives on mobility, territorial ownership, and earnings growth, with emphasis on prospecting, relationship-building, and closing deals.
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales experience (in-home sales, service sales, or similar preferred)
- Comfortable with prospecting, rejection, and closing deals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven (this is not a passive role)
- Valid driver’s license (21+)
- Lawn care, landscaping, or outdoor service knowledge is a plus
