Job Summary
Sales Representative focused on Emergency Care hospital products (Defibrillators, AEDs, Chest Compression systems) in Las Vegas. You will promote and sell to healthcare providers, meet quota through consultative hospital sales, conduct clinical demonstrations, build relationships with nurses, medical directors, and administrators, and collaborate with marketing and support teams. Responsibilities emphasize maintaining customer satisfaction, cost-conscious delivery, on-time/shipment accuracy, knowledge of product lines and competitors, and awareness of market trends, regulatory shifts, and basic P&L considerations. Travel ~40% and 100% commission potential with bonuses/benefits; remote/hybrid/field-based/worksite flexibility described in the role.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 5+ years of professional sales/clinical experience
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree
- Driver's license valid in residence state
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Prolonged periods of stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing, and/or crawling as appropriate
- Strong customer service, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage orders and shipments accurately
- Experience with market trends, regulatory shifts, and product demonstrations
- Proficiency with reports, budgeting, and basic project management
