Job Summary
Maintain and grow legacy agronomy accounts by cultivating strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met, and maximizing product value. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new prospects, provide tailored agronomy solutions for crop production challenges, and represent Landus professionally at industry events. Conduct in-person farm visits to assess field conditions, offer on-site support, and build personal connections with farmers. Document all interactions and technical resolutions accurately within the CRM system to track progress and support sales goals. This role requires occasional travel, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting sales targets for agronomy products.
