- Strong collaborative skills with cross-functional teams
- Ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Willingness to travel occasionally to visit customer farms and attend industry events
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
