Job Summary
Proactively pursue new business through cold calling, networking, and community engagement while consulting customers over the phone and in showrooms to align appliance needs with product offerings. Welcome and greet clients with empathy, address objections by offering credible solutions, and work as a team player to foster open communication and a positive environment. Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets while participating in ongoing professional development regarding Trail systems, marketplace trends, and product knowledge. Represent Trail Appliances as an ambassador using our core values as a foundation for success. This 100% commission role offers uncapped earning potential with a guaranteed training salary of $4,000 monthly for the first six months and $3,000 for the second. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree, possess retail or sales experience, and be willing to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends while traveling to assigned stores.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Retail or sales experience preferably in a similar role or customer service setting
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Must have the ability to travel to assigned store or learning facility
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
Desired Qualifications
- Appliance or industry knowledge
- Second language: Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Punjabi, and Hindi
- Experience having laundered clothes, unloaded a dishwasher, arranged items in a refrigerator or have prepared a tasty meal
- Passion for or an interest in lifestyle (food, wine, cooking, fashion, coffee, home design, and/or construction)
