Job Summary
Conduct roof inspections, prepare estimates, assist with insurance claims, and oversee roofing projects for homeowners. Engage clients through canvassing, referrals, and networking to generate new business while maintaining accurate CRM records and managing payments. Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth customer experiences and uphold company standards of professionalism and integrity. Requires ability to safely climb ladders, walk on roofs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Full-time Monday through Friday from 10 am to 7 pm, plus Saturday hours in summer.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain required local solicitation permits
- Good driving record
- Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong ability to generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and door-to-door canvassing
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Ability to safely climb ladders, walk on roofs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Willingness and ability to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed
- Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
Desired Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in roofing, exterior remodeling, in-home sales, or residential window sales
