Job Summary
Sales Representative for Arthrex products representing Invictus Surgical as the exclusive agency for Western/Central Washington and Northeast Oregon. Responsible for selling to healthcare professionals and administrative customers, developing territory sales strategies, conducting office/clinic sales calls, product demos, and in-services, maintaining CRM to track opportunities, driving attendance to Arthrex courses and trainings, and achieving territory sales goals. Must pursue excellent customer service, demonstrate professional communication, understand Arthrex products and clinical information, manage inventory and orders, and participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- A valid driver's license is required for travel within territory
- Background check and credentialing process for hospital access
