Job Summary
Communicate with pharmacy store managers and staff to promote Haleon's OTC and supplement products, driving sales performance and ensuring promotional activities execute effectively. Conduct regular product knowledge training for retail associates to enhance their recommendation capabilities. Manage in-store product displays to maintain brand consistency and increase visibility, while collecting market feedback to refine sales strategies. Support O2O distribution on platforms like Meituan and JD.com, and assist in planning holiday promotions to boost revenue. This role reports to a Store Sales Supervisor within the Retail department. Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, resilience for frequent field visits, and basic English proficiency for business communication.
