Job Summary
Sales Representative for Industrial Water Treatment in Istanbul with a technical sales focus. Drive and grow sales within the region, identify and acquire profitable customer accounts, share product and market knowledge, report on prospecting activities and competitor activity, build and maintain senior-level relationships, lead negotiations and secure new and repeat business, and coordinate with internal teams to achieve regional goals. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Environmental/Mechanical Engineering, 3+ years of technical sales or field engineering experience, English proficiency, strong communication and analytical skills, driving license, and ability to work in a team. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in one of the following engineering disciplines: Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in technical sales or field engineering
- Experience in Industrial Water Treatment is advantageous
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Strong communication, customer focus, and result-oriented approach
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail
- Team player with ability to coordinate with teammates
- High planning and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- No travel restrictions and valid driver's license
