Job Summary
Sales Representative for Industrial Digital Printing responsible for full sales lifecycle: lead generation, prospecting, demonstrations, proposals, contract negotiations, and customer handoff. Build relationships with decision makers, coordinate with Applications/Engineering/Service teams, conduct customer discovery to understand objectives and production requirements, present LSINC products and capabilities, coordinate demonstrations and testing, prepare quotes and proposals, manage opportunities in CRM, negotiate terms, and drive revenue. Requires strong communication, business acumen, persistence, and ability to collaborate with technical teams to deliver high-value capital equipment solutions. Travel to customer locations and industry events as part of territory management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in capital equipment, manufacturing, industrial technology, printing, automation, or related industries
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to travel as needed
