Job Summary
Sales Representative for CKC Automation responsible for driving sales growth across assigned CKC automation offerings. Develop plans to expand the customer base, identify and close high-value opportunities, follow up on inbound/outbound leads, collaborate with internal teams to prepare quotes and proposals, manage RFQ responses, maintain relationships with key decision-makers, and leverage CRM (NetSuite) to build a robust sales pipeline and territory strategy. Must present capabilities to prospective customers, conduct customer presentations, and deliver cost estimates and proposals while maintaining a customer-first, solutions-oriented approach.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Sales, Engineering, or related field preferred) or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with business software and systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) preferred
- Experience selling automation offerings such as systems integration, industrial data, panels, and/or machine
- Established network of industrial automation contacts
- Strong initiative and self-motivation—you take ownership and follow through
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and put in the work to grow your career
- Comfort with technology, CRM systems, and digital tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
