Job Summary
Manage sales, gross profits, and financial objectives for assigned products within a territory by conducting sales calls with medical professionals and dealers. Achieve sales goals while providing 24-hour territory coverage, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Deliver on-going field intelligence reports on competitive activity, market changes, and customer preferences. Maintain high product knowledge to provide technical backup, service in the operating room, and train customers to gain market share. Complete administrative reporting, including expense reports, daily/weekly plans, activity reports, monthly forecasts, and inventory logs. Organize marketing activities such as seminars and customer meetings as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven ability to manage multi-portfolio product lines (Coronary, Neurovascular, Endo venous, Peripheral vascular) in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum of 5~8 year of relevant experience (for external candidates)
- Ability to teach and educate medical personnel regarding product features and benefits
- Willingness to learn, especially technical information
- Medical device or pharmaceutical company sales experience
- Technical support experience in OR
- Ability to service in the operating room
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs (implied by physical job requirements for sales reps in healthcare settings)
- Must comply with all credentialing requirements at the hospitals or clinics they support
- Must be able to pass background checks and E-Verify

- Specialized sales or clinical technical support experience in Cath Lab environments
- Specialized experience in Neurovascular
