Job Summary
Manage and grow a portfolio of bulk cement and aggregates customers throughout the West Coast territory from Naples to north of Tampa, Florida. Sell bulk cement to ready-mix concrete producers, precast manufacturers, and infrastructure contractors while selling aggregates including sand, gravel, and crushed stone to asphalt producers and site developers. Understand customer production requirements, project specifications, and delivery schedules to position Titan's products based on technical needs, availability, and total value. Develop strong relationships with plant managers, procurement contacts, and operations leaders to support reliable supply and resolve service issues. Execute territory plans to drive revenue, volume, and margin while identifying new business opportunities and maintaining accurate sales records.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of sales, account management, or business development experience
- Proven ability to manage a territory independently, prioritize accounts, follow through on commitments, and deliver results with limited supervision
- Strong relationship-building, consultative selling, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or sales activity tracking tools
- Valid Florida driver's license, acceptable driving record, and ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in cement, aggregates, ready-mix, asphalt, construction materials, infrastructure, or heavy building materials
- Practical understanding of bulk materials sales, customer operations, logistics, dispatch coordination, delivery planning, and large-volume construction material supply
- Strong commercial acumen, including the ability to understand pricing, volume, margin, market dynamics, customer profitability, and competitive positioning
- Bilingual English/Spanish
