Sales Representative II

Promote and sell Medtronic products and services within an assigned geographic area to meet sales targets. Develop long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals while pursuing leads, assessing needs, and providing product education. Conduct market research on customers and competitors, implement market development plans, and communicate customer feedback to internal stakeholders such as R&D and Marketing. Establish and maintain customer relationships, develop new accounts, and close sales by influencing parties within the job function and negotiating complex contracts. Works independently with general supervision to achieve individual sales targets and may provide guidance to entry-level sales professionals.
