Job Summary
Sales Representative II at Medtronic promoting and selling Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets; builds long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors; identifies and pursues leads, assesses customer needs, and provides product services to maximize benefits; educates customers on products/services; conducts market research; implements market development plans; collaborates across functions (marketing, finance, operations) and travels within the territory as needed to manage multiple small to mid-size accounts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience OR Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
