Sales Representative I, Spine - Appleton, WI

Job Summary
Solicit orders for Medtronic Spinal products and manage assigned territory accounts while maintaining Consignment and Loaner inventory levels. Drive to multiple accounts throughout the region to cover cases, manage customer records, and resolve complaints per company policy. Aggressively seek new customers, identify selling opportunities, and recommend product modifications to increase market share. Work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required on an emergency basis, with a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance essential. Meet or exceed sales quotas and total company market share in the assigned territory.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- 4+ years experience
- Associate's Degree
- 2+ years experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Active vehicle insurance policy
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
- Ability to travel
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and Holidays as required on an emergency basis
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Normal vision
- Ability to be independently mobile
- Ability to interact with a computer for extended periods of time
- Ability to communicate with peers and co-workers
- Ability to talk or hear
- Ability to sit and reach with hands and arms
- Ability to stand; walk and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls
- Ability to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region
Desired Qualifications
- Ortho, Spine or O.R. experience
- Ability to work in an operating room setting
- Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule
- Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of people and personalities
- Preference will be given to local qualified candidates
- Candidates with Medtronic experience
