Job Summary
Promotes and sells Medtronic products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets; develops and strengthens long-term relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals; pursues leads, assesses needs, and provides product services to maximize benefits; promotes and trains customers on the company’s products and services; conducts market research on customers and competitors; implements market development plans and coordinates feedback to R&D, Operations, and Marketing; typically operates as an entry-level sales professional with potential to lead or support other team members, focusing on building relationships, developing new accounts, and closing sales with emphasis on achieving individual sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 4+ years experience OR Associate’s Degree AND 2+ years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree
