Job Summary
Sell and promote rental HVAC and power equipment to front-facing industrial/commercial customers across the Southeastern United States, manage and grow assigned territory/accounts, develop long-term customer relationships, close new business opportunities, and achieve annual sales targets while maintaining cash flow. Responsibilities include identifying requirements for emergency and planned rental projects, providing superior value and service, and leveraging CRM tools (Salesforce) and MS Office to support sales activities. Travel up to 50% within the territory; the role supports a range of equipment (industrial chillers, hot water boilers, pumps, air handlers, cooling towers, electric and gas heaters). Must be able to build partnerships with customers and demonstrate a customer-centric mindset.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of inside or outside sales experience with rental equipment OR commercial/industrial HVAC
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to travel including overnight up to 50% within the territory
