Sales Representative

The Home Energy Specialist/Sales Representative conducts Mass Save home energy assessments, models homes in energy efficiency software, and recommends energy-saving measures such as insulation and high-efficiency HVAC. The role initiates sales, secures service contracts, and educates homeowners on energy efficiency benefits while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include organizing paperwork, installing energy-saving products during assessments (e.g., thermostats, water-saving devices, power strips), collaborating with internal teams to cross-sell, and staying current on energy-saving options. The position requires independently handling field-based work, traveling in a personal vehicle, and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
